Ok, wir haben mit der aktuellen paid subscription auf Ubuntu 22 folgendes gemacht und kommen nicht weiter:
- lda_mrautoproc=yes (in gromox.cfg UND exmdb_local.cfg, da die Angaben in der Doku und Release Notes widersprüchlich waren, welches ist nun die richtige Stelle??)
- shared room room@domain.de angelegt
- normalen testnutzer test@domain.de angelegt
- grommunio-admin user modify room@domain.de --property 1752039435=1
- grommunio-admin user modify room@domain.de --property 1752104971=1
- grommunio-admin user modify room@domain.de --property 1751973899=1
Die properties sind dann auch sichtbar:

scheduleinfoautoacceptappointments: 1

Wir können dann in der webapp des "test" users uns den Kalender "room" einbinden und auch dort Einträge anlegen, die werden auch automatisch akzeptiert, wenn wir die Terminanforderung im Feld "Resource" eintragen.
Aber mit Outlook (und das ist hier der eigentliche Use Case) funktioniert das nach wie vor nicht. Die Termine erscheinen erst, wenn die Mails dazu manuell gelesen wurden, und sie werden auch nicht auto-accepted.
Hat jemand anders das mit Outlook schon hinbekommen? Wie?
