just a short update from me: Alma9 ist working now, but migration from very old (centos6) kopano mysql is not working wiht kopano2grommunio.sh because of uf8mb4 problem.
Funny thing: same script is working well under suse appliance, also with the old kopano-DB.
Install:
yum install mariadb-server postfix postfix-mysql nginx epel-release
yum install grommunio-admin-api grommunio-admin-common grommunio-admin-web grommunio-common gromox grommunio-sync grommunio-web grommunio-setup grommunio-dav
redis is not instsalled:
mkdir -p /var/lib/redis/default/
chown redis:redis * -R /var/lib/redis/
systemctl edit redis@grommunio.service --full --force
and paste:

Description=Redis instance: %i
After=network.target
PartOf=redis.target
[Service]
Type=notify
User=redis
Group=redis
PrivateTmp=true
PIDFile=/run/redis/%i.pid
ExecStart=/usr/bin/redis-server /etc/redis/%i.conf

Restart=on-failure
[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target redis.target
start services:
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl disable --now redis
