bunker Hi, I need help tp understand why Am I able to get my mails via my Android Phone, Iphone any mobile with activesync but not through Outlook ? I am able to add the acount succesfully. It says in synched, but nothing in folders.. Can you help?
andreaslang Hi @bunker , what do you mean by Outlook? Outlook app for mobile? Or Outlook program which is a part of the MS Office Suite? If it's the latter, you don't need to add the account as ActiveSync, grommunio supports Outlook natively.
ak4020 hi, we use outlook on mac - but this does not work as in windows via mapi but via ews/activesync which currently does not work..also native via apple mail same setup activesync/news does not work.
andreaslang Hi @ak4020, we are working on EWS support. It's on the roadmap for the November release: https://docs.grommunio.com/admin/roadmap.html. I'm not very familiar with Outlook for mac, but does it support IMAP? That would be something you could try until grommunio releases EWS.
ak4020 that's the problem - two dashing from full suppprt to third provider...we'll gladly pay along for made in austria if it works out
bunker Sorry to be late. But Andreaslang said it right. Grommunio supports Outlook natively. I was trying to add an account through Activesync.. Thanks for your help.
