Hello Community,
i got some strange issue and spend a lot of time already finding a solution.
Maybe someone could give me a hint were to dig.
I almost new to Grommunio and using it just for my privat purpose. So i'm using it for about 4 weeks now.
I imported Mails, Contacts, Calender from my Exchange Server via Outlook PST to Grommunio. That all works flawless.
i got all my Mails, Contacts and Calender in Grommunio can send and receive E-Mails internal and External. The only issue i got is, sending E-Mail out of Outlook to Contacts out of my Addressbook.
In the Mail Webinterface i could search the Addressbook and i could see their Mail-Address in the Mail-Address Column. So Mail sending is fine here.
In Outlook if i go to the Addressbook, i could see my Contacts and add them, but the Column where the E-Mail address should be shown is Empty. I could add the Contact but i get an Errormessage telling my some Client Error in Outlook.
If i open the Contact in Outlook, all details are as they should, also the E-Mail Address is written here.
There is no difference if i create a new contact or even creating one using the Webinterface.
I never saw the E-Mail-Address written when selecting a Contact in Outlook.
I updated yesterday to the last Version of Grommunio, but it still isn't working in Outlook.
Writing the Contacts E-Mail-Address on my own is fine and i'm able to send the Mail.
