Cannot Sync Domain

I set up my LDAP/Active Directory settings and needed to run "grommunio-admin ldap downsync --complete" in the terminal to sync the server. I tried through the web UI and it returns "Success! 0/0 synced (0.0s)"
When I try to sync a user I imported using the "downsync --complete" command, I get "Service 'ldap@0' is currently not available"
When logging into the web UI as a user, I get a message that the credentials are not correct, even though they are. I used the full email of the user as well as what was displayed in the "username" field in the admin web UI.

How can I get this to sync successfully?
Did I do a configuration incorrectly?

Could you please provide a bit more Information. Your current config and whatnot.
It sounds to me that it isn't configured correctly.
grommunio-admin ldap check, grommunio-admin ldap info
