grommunio-imapsync from zimbra doesn't suceed

Hello, tried this:
grommunio-imapsync --host1 serverold.domain.com --user1 userxyz@domain.com --password1 password123 --host2 servernew.domain.com --user2 userabc@doamin.com --password2 passsword1234
.. host2 ist the grommunio server

But always:
[LOGIN]: 2 NO Wrong username or password, or administratively blocked

Login on host 1 ist ok, only on host 2 failed. But password and user is correct.
Can you help me, what I have to turn on ?
