mwilliams cannot reproduce this. i know this is a well-known meme "have you tried to turn it off and on again?" ... but ... did you? the only way we could reproduce this was when the domain has been created, but the service gromox-adaptor, gromox-delivery and gromox-service have not been reloaded. this is required after each domain creation and is done automatically after any creation of domain when using the API, the admin ui or the admin cli, so this is done long time ago.... see also https://github.com/grommunio/admin-api/commit/5fe7eea2d84b525606828ba665393c93419f363c so, if you are instead creating users in the mysql database directly you are a very brave man floating in dangerous territory ... that's why there is an API
noplan mwilliams hi, yeah turn off get somethin to eat turn on sometimes does the trick, me afraid not in this case. installation from the scratch, nothin done by hand, except the postmap /etc/postfix/sasl_passwd and the sasl_password and the necessary sasl entries. yes i use floaties 😉 but come on really creating user directly in the db ? no way in hell ... no users and domain have been created as recommended with the dasboard.
