setup:
create a folder above your inbox
eg share_meet
properties --> permissions
add user from your adress book
set the permissions u need i use owner (should have all permissions)
move some mails in there ... done
log in as user u gave access to above
to the annoying add your shared folder click click click marathon
move some mails in there do something (categories / flags)
log out
login as owner
cant open mails .... some error
---> solved used as permission (other) and checked ALL .....> seems to work so far
