grommunio-web - contacts "not working"

Hi there!
Still playing with import/migration scenes and encountered a few issues.

I tried importing vcards from cli using gromox-vcf2mt | gromox-mt2exm and it kinda works.
The contacts are created and can be seen in "Contacts" but, when I try to actually USE the contacts during a message writing those "personal contacts" are not shown.
The contacts from GAL are OK but the "personal" are not shown at all

The other issue is a vcard import from the Grommunio WEB
it keeps complaining that the "file is invalid" - but the same file is Ok for other apps (Thunderbird, Outlook etc)

Even worse - I tried exporting a newly created contact from the web UI to vcf file and then importing it back and it again complains "invalid file"??

Any suggestions?

Could you please post the contents of such a vcf file?

For some reason the grommunio-web vcard importer requires VERSION property to be right in the next line after BEGIN:VCARD.

updated to last version of grommunio-web and gromox

Now the contacts created in web/contacts are actually shown in the "address book" when composing mail...
But import of external vcards does not work.
Also the export-import from the web-ui still does not work - "invalid file format"?!

Sorry for the late reply.... I had not notifications set up and missed your post.

just tried now. If I remember correctly there were some updates to grommunio-web and currenty I still have one pending update:

grommunio-web/unknown 3.4.15.eb56496c-1+16.1 all [upgradable from: 3.4.3.c2155bf3-1+10.1]
gromox/unknown 2.14.71.ed4a1a0-1+39.1 amd64 [upgradable from: 2.14.67.019df99-1+35.1]

Anyway... with the currently installed version:

grommunio Web: 3.4.3.c2155bf3-1+10.1
Gromox: 2.14

it DOES NOT work.

And here is the VCF EXPORTED from the web-ui which won't import back... (as I cannot upload the file - this type not allowed? txt files?)

please edit the vcard file, so that the VERSION property is right after BEGIN:VCARD and try again.

OK, great!
So I now know how to "fix" the file based vcards to be imported by web-ui/gromox-vcf2mt

But.. it's a rather "strange" issue as that VCF was exported/generated from the same exact Web-UI.

So it should be a bug, right?
