Suchergebnisse in Outlook 2019 verschwinden wieder

Hallo,
wir haben hier ein etwas seltsames Verhalten mit Outlook 2019. Wenn wir im Webinterface nach einem von uns häufig genutzten Begriff suchen, dann erhalten wir eine Ergebnisliste, die hinsichtlich der Anzahl der Treffer plausibel erscheint (100+).
Dieselbe Suche in OL2019 zeigt kurz eine einstellige Anzahl von Treffern an, dann verschwinden die Ergebnisse und die Liste ist leer.
Dieses Verhalten ist mit unterschiedlichen Begriffen und Trefferzahlen reproduzierbar.
Ist das eher ein OL Problem oder ein Grommunio-Problem und falls letzteres, in welche Logdatei sollte ich einen Blick werfen?

Ich habe ähnliches. Die Suche hat bei mir in clients noch nie wirklich funktioniert. Weder in Outlook, noch im mobilen Client via Active Sync.

Aufgrund von Zeitmangels hab ich bis dato damit gelebt und in den seltenen Fällen dass ich was altes suche den web Client genutzt.

Aber interessant dass ich offenbar (doch) nicht der einzige bin.

Von daher auch interessiert an Ansätzen.

Bei mir funktioniert die Suche im Webinterface eigentlich immer - so zumindest die Aussage der Mitarbeiter.
Das betroffene Postfach ist rund 180 GB groß und da die Suche im Webinterface reibungslos klapp, tippe ich eher auf ein Problem mit OL2019. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn man das auch belegen könnte.

Ich habe noch keinen Outlook gesehen, der mit Postfächern größer als 100GB umgehen kann.

And I was worried that my "test cases" of 50-80GB are absolutely "abnormal/unusual"...

My I ask what's the approx item count for that mailox(es)?
What's your "general experience" performance/functionality wise with such mailboxes in Grommunio (web and outlook non cached)?

Outlook kann im Cached Mode mit Postfächern >100GB nicht richtig umgehen. Der potenziell höhere Wert der Konfigurationsdirektive in der Registry soll nicht darüber hinweg täuschen, dass es da ein eigenes Limit gibt. I also have some strange issues with search in Outlook (2010, 2016, 2019) and Grommunio-Web too.
And yes... on Android (ActiveSync)...
I already mentioned that in my post

In Outlook the search gives results in "bad order" (random) instead of newer-to-older
The same is in the web-ui... where the only (time) filter that works is "two wees"
On ActiveSync I newer get ANY results (timeouts?)

The actual mailbox I'm using/testing on has approx 50GB and 250K items of those approx 150K in the "inbox" alone (I know, I know... but it is what it is)

Tried the re-index a few times with no changes

And yes... I see errors like grommunio-index-run.sh[88895]: [ERROR] Failed to insert message 13/4087785: exmdb call failed: Dispatch error

We have now reduced the mailbox size to 12 GB, by moving most of the emails in a public folder that serves as an archive.
But there is still a problem with the search:
Let's suggest we are searching for an e-mail from foo.bar@domain.com - no results, although we are sure, that there must be a number of e-mails
The next search is for max.miller@domain.com - we get a result and the funny thing, the same e-mail has been send to foo.bar@domain.com, too!
This is reproducible and the question is, how can we find out, why the first attempt fails?
