Cannot forward a message from a shared account

If I try to forward a message from a shared account I get the information that I have not enough permissions, even the user has delegates, send as and full permission rights according to the web admin ui. This problem occurs since the last update on Monday.

You are not alone.
We have the same issue and one customer also hit that problem today.
I already opened a ticket and after the support could reproduce the problem they opened up an internal ticket for the developers.

EDIT: And i should probably say that it only happens with Mails from outside and also for replys and not only forwarded messages as far as i could make out.

Can you open a shared account in Outlook? I can´t, the account is not automatically added to outlook and if I add it manually I get an error message about an open pst file which can´t be accessed.

I assume you use an old grommunio version, this issue was repaired in 2.18. Today we have grommunio 2.19.x please update with grommunio-update update.

with the latest update, I did today, the forward and shared account problem is solved in Outlook, but NOT in the Webmail. I do not know, but the new webmail has big problems on my installation.
