"An unexpected error has occurred" Grommunio Web Search

I am testing the migration from Kopano to Grommunio. In a test setup with the community version and individual mail accounts, everything seems to work, with one exception.
What doesn't work is the web search. I only get the error message: "An unexpected error has occurred"
Grommunio runs in a VM. The Grommunio appliance (bootable image) version 2023.11.2 was installed.

A Google search for the problem unfortunately yielded little useful information. Any ideas? Thank you.

On a new install with the same iso (also migrated from Kopano) i also get search index errors in http log like:

I have no errors in the zcore log.
Do you also "only" have problems with the search, or is something else not working?

After installing and before importing the first user, did you reboot the system?
If not, reboot now and try again.

If the problem still exists, check for errors in http logs with: tail /var/log/nginx/*.log -f

After the installation, before importing the first user, I did not reboot the system. However, I deleted the imported user in the meantime, created it again and then rebooted and imported it again.
Now I have just rebooted the system again. -> The error persists.

I cannot find any current errors in the nginx logs. But the Chrome debug console says:

When I create a new user and do a search in the completely empty account, I also get the error in the web search: "An unexpected error has occurred"

Solved:
The complete reinstall brought the solution.
Deleting all settings and re-parameterizing using "grommunio setup wizzard" was not enough.

Yes, unfortunately I've had to find that out again now. After migrating several accounts to the new system with grommunio on Friday, I realized that the search in the web interface doesn't work for the other mail accounts :-(
The system is currently running productively (only for my family) but I am considering migrating back to Kopano...
Actually, I hope that a solution can be found in the next few days. Strangely enough, the search on my own account still works after the reinstallation.
