WalterH Das Mails von seriösen Versendern hängen bleiben ist eigenartig, Da hat vermutlich jemand diese Mails als Spam gelernt, zumindest hatte ich das mal bei einem Kunden.
dougi WalterH Hallo Walter, das haben wir leider auch seit ca. 3 Tagen. Speziell geht es um einen Absender dessen Mails bisher per Regel in einen eigenen Ordner sortiert wurden. Daher würde ich das manuelle anlernen als Fehler ausschließen. Das was @Andy probiert hat, versuche ich auch seit Montag hinzubekommen - auch das Ham-Script von @crpb bekomme ich nicht zu laufen. Hier finde ich die Lösung mit dem Ordner "Non-Junk" als HAM-Basis sehr reizvoll ...
Andy WalterH Regel im Outlook Die Emails werden beim Abholen rejected und befinden sich wahrscheinlich gar nicht auf dem Grommunio-Server. Diese sollten jedoch trotz der Art der Erkennung abgeholt werden und in den Junk-E-Mail-Ordner verschoben werden. Dann hat man wenigstens die Kenntnis davon. Ansonsten ist es Zufall, dass man das auf der Plattform, von der abgeholt wird, sieht, dass dort noch Emails liegen, die man über Grommunio und schlussendlich im Client noch gar nicht gesehen hat.

weini @Andy Die "rejects" kannst du ganz einfach vermeiden, wenn du in der rspamd Konfiguration den Wert für "reject" hoch setzt. Ich habe den bei mir auf 150, weil ich auch so gut wie alles in die Junk-Ordner bekommen möchte.

Andy WalterH wird Fetchmail verwendet? ... Was steht im RSpamd Log für dieses Mail Fetchmail, ja. Dafür ist in der /etc/grommunio-antispam/local.d/ inzwischen die Datei external_relay.conf. Wo ist die Log gespeichert, in /var/log ?
Andy Andy In der Sektion History sieht das dann an einem Beispiel so aus Solche Einträge kann ich aufklappen und da sind die Parameter teils rot gefärbt, aufgrund derer die Selektierung erfolgt.
weini @Andy In dieser "History" siehst du ja auch die von rspamd vergebenen Scores. Damit kann man die Schwellwerte wie bei "reject" feintunen. Es bleibt einem aber IMHO nicht erspart, sich in rspamd einzuarbeiten. Das funktioniert über die Website einigermaßen vernünftig.
Andy Werte hochsetzen ist eine Sache, aber kommen die Emails dann dennoch in den Junk-E-Mail? Und wie gesagt, weshalb dann in Deinem Fall Wert für "reject" auf 150 und nicht höher? weini in rspamd einzuarbeiten Das mach ich gerade intensiver, daher ist das mit den Werten als "Stellschraube" interessant. Die Frage ist auch, was man in die einzelnen Dateien in der Sektion Configuration einträgt. Denn, lieber wäre mir eigentlich, wenn ich Domains freigeben könnte im Stil "@domain.dl".

weini Für das Verschieben in Junk-Email habe ich eine Regel definiert. Das passiert nicht von selbst. Meine Scores sind einfach weit von 150 entfernt. Da musst du dir einen Überblick verschaffen, wie deine Emails gescored werden.

WalterH Entweder im Outlook oder in G-Web, beides funktioniert, Trigger ist "*** SPAM ***" im Betreff, Ziel ist der Spam Ordner des Users.
Andy Bei den betroffenen Emails hatte ich einen Score von max. festgestellt und hatte bereits mit dem Schwellwert 20 gute Ergebnisse. Leider ist das mit der Kennzeichnung und verschieben in den Junk-E-Mail-Ordner nicht so machbar, wie in dem obigen Link beschrieben. Entweder, die Emails gehen durch und werden auch nicht gekennzeichnet, oder die werden gleich rejected.
Andy Ich habe das nun so gelöst, wenn ich im Junk-E-Mail ab einem gewissen Score entsprechende E-Mails sehen will, setze ich den Parameter für reject hoch und rewrite subject entsprechend und erstelle eine Regel in der WebGUI Das wars eigentlich.
