Virtual/Shared Mailboxes invisible in Admininterface

Hi together,
i have downloaded the appliance/image version of Grommunio and am impressed! Looks great and the featureset is great too!

I have started to configure users but if i set a user from "normal" to "shared" it dissapears and isnt selectable anywhere in the admin-ui anymore...
At some points i can see that there are virtual users and if i type the direkt link to this user like "https://myserver:8443/5/users/8" i can configure it so i think there is a bug that is filtering the virtual users from the admin-ui...

As i am new to this, do i only have to update via the "supported" repository here?

morbificagent That's funny. I assume that you do not own a license (because the license icon is red) so you shouldn't even be able to fetch updates from supported, only community. This needs to be fixed in the UI as well xD

To answer your question, community repositories always get the latest updates first, so choose that tomorrow 🙂

have updated a few minutes ago but the problem is still there so the virtual users are invisible...
Im not sure if your lastest update was part of my updateprocedure. Where can i see if your fix should be installed here?

as a reference on the package you should be able to see the git-tag in the version like for admin-web 3.1.0.31.aff32dc-1+104.1 (this was from a debian vm so it might differ a bit)

And on suse i see: grommunio-admin-web 3.1.0.31.aff32dc-lp155.104.1

hm. here in my admin interface it shows Version: 3.1.0-31-gaff32dc and its on suse as i have installed the appliance/image version from your website.

The fixes from Steakie arent in place here...

Have tried to delete the browsercache and the update-panel in the admin ui doesnt find any new update.

I think thats either on purpose or also some kind of typo in admin-web..

Yeah, i actually don't see any commit that refers to that bug if i'm not blind

the aff32dc was just that update-dropdown but as it is the latest i assumed it would also have the fix for the admin-web :p

Hello there, the fix was not made in AWEB, it was a bug in the AAPI. I just found out that it has not yet been merged into master. Our main API developer isn't available right now but i guess, fingers crossed, i'm going to merge it for them.
