Such an answer I might have expected from a pubescent fanboy troll, but certainly not from an official representative of a company that is trying to make money with its product.
As a rule, the community is helpful and willingly provides know-how and manpower. Of course, this requires a certain foundation - technically with up-to-date processes and transparency, as well as certain basic interpersonal competencies. Maybe I am being too narrow-minded, but neither the fact that the build files are not tracked in a VCS nor the arrogance with which feedback is handled reflect this. A jumble of GitHub, OBS, and in-house repositories, mixing corporate and private namespaces, does not exactly invite collaboration.
