Hi,
I can't connect to my grommunio (2025) from my galaxy s23 (with your described steps to connect to grommunio, from android browser it works)
nginx-sync-access.log:
"OPTIONS /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync HTTP/1.1" 200 462 "-" "Android-Mail/2024.11.24.702067492.Release"
but my device said "currently no connection to the server can be established".
I am new to grommunio, but I am fine with linux.
What is the best known way to check for such problems?
Does anyone know which additional logging options I should activate?
Or does anyone have a solution? Did I miss something to configure?
Thanks, Peter
Can't connect from Android 14 device
Hard to tell if you missed something,
https://docs.grommunio.com/kb/autodiscover.html
https://docs.grommunio.com/man/autodiscover.7.html
maybe dns? https://community.grommunio.com/d/444-scripting-snippets-notepad/16
Thank's crpb!
Does Android's Basic Email need autodiscover to connect to "Exchange"?
I will try wireshark, If there is no debugging possible with grommunio, just to see what grommunio is answering that will cause my smartphone to say "currently no connection to the server can be established".
