Mailboxes in Outlook and WebApp only refresh when switching folders

In Outlook, mailboxes aren’t updating automatically, neither the Inbox nor other folders. In the web app, shared mailboxes also only refresh when switching folders. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

i'm not looking often enough in outlook to be certain but here it might make a difference if you are using Online or Cache-Mode.

crpb We are experiencing this issue on 8 servers. Cache mode is off, so we are using online mode, but the issue also occurs in cache mode.

WalterH I’ve already done the update, but the issue is still there.

Try to set a parameter in: /etc/gromox/exchange_emsmdb.cfg:emsmdb_max_cxh_per_user=1500 . This parameter is default set to 0 - unlimited, try to reduce it to 1500.

Forgot to mention, you have to restart gromox-http.

WalterH Same here — it didn’t bring any improvement. As of now, more and more customers are installing the new update and reporting the same issue.

Hello, Has this been resolved? I don't want to upgrade anything if this issue is still pending. My system is running quite stable (few bugs but we can live with them) and I don't want to have a major outage. I am on a supported version. I am just being cautious.
