wir versuchen Mails aus einer Shared Mailbox zu versenden.
Beim Empfänger kommen diese zwar "augengscheinlich" auch von dort an, aber aus dem Mailsystem gehen sie als der User raus, der berechtigt ist, als dieses Shared-Postfach zu versenden.
Also: User@dom.ab (normaler User) hat Zugriff auf Shared@dom.xy (Shared Mailbox) und will als Shared@dom.xy verschicken.
Im Mailsystem steht nun aber Absender User@dom.ab
Das Problem was ich habe: die Mail landet beim Empfänger im Spam, weil die DKIM Signatur falsch ist.
user@dom.ab passt nicht zu shared@dom.xy
Ich würde gern, egal ob aus Outlook oder dem Webclient, mails DIREKT als Shared@dom.xy verschicken und nicht im Auftrag oder wie auch immer. Ich kann aber nicht sehen, wie ich das einstelle.
Aktuell ist die Einstellung in der Shared-Mailbox unter Permissions:
Deleagetes + Send As / Impersonators + Additional store owners = user@dom.ab

We're trying to send emails from a shared mailbox.
While the recipient "appears" to receive them from there, the mail system incorrectly identifies them as being sent from the user authorized to send from that shared mailbox.
So: User@dom.ab (a regular user) has access to Shared@dom.xy (the shared mailbox) and wants to send as Shared@dom.xy.
However, the mail system shows User@dom.ab as the sender.
The problem we're having is that the email ends up in the recipient's spam folder because the DKIM signature is incorrect.
User@dom.ab doesn't match Shared@dom.xy.
We'd like to send emails DIRECTLY as Shared@dom.xy, whether from Outlook or the web client and not on behalf of someone else or anything like that. But we can't find how to configure this.
Current settings in the Shared-Mailbox in permissions:
Deleagetes + Send As / Impersonators + Additional store owners = user@dom.ab
Can anyone help us with this?
