Grommunio-Files - Upgrade required

After installing Grommunio 2022.05.01 i can't use grommunio files. When i try to access the site i get the error message:
"Upgrade erforderlich
Automatic upgrading is not enabled in config.php. To upgrade your instance, please use the command line updater (occ upgrade)."

Then i have tried to start occ upgrade via terminal and get the following error
"sudo -u grofiles /usr/share/grommunio-fiels/occ upgrade
sudo: PAM account management error: Authentication service cannot retrieve authentication info
sudo: a password is required"

Can someone help me to fix this?

You have a typo:

sudo -u grofiles /usr/share/grommunio-files/occ upgrade

Do you have a grofiles user?

id grofiles

Here is the result:
ACCELINUX-MAIL:~ # id grofiles
uid=481(grofiles) gid=500(grofiles) groups=500(grofiles),481(gromox)

are you executing the above occ command as root? it seems not.

so either:

sudo -u grofiles /usr/share/grommunio-files/occ upgrade
or
runuser -u grofiles bash
/usr/share/grommunio-files/occ upgrade
