Acces to archive feature

Hi community,

I make a test with grommunio 2022.5.1 and I have a problem for access to archive feature.
When I put my username and password in archive web page, she answer me 'invalide login or password'
In the user table on groarchive database, my user is not present, she content only admin and auditor.
What's the problem ?

I have enabled imap access for my user, but access to archive doesn't work.

Could you provide the logs to gromox-imap and gromox-http while you are logging in? journalctl -f -u gromox-http -u gromox-imap

Sorry but nothing is written in these log files while I try to connect to archive page.

I found for the connection, having a reverse proxy, the imap was done on another server.
now I have access to it, but no email is in it, is this normal ?

After research and analysis in the log files, I found that there was a connection refusal between postfix and piler, this was due to the fact that piler listens on ipv6 only. after modification to accept ipv4 there is no longer a connection refusal.
However, I still don't have any emails in my archives.
