grommunio-cui startet nicht

Hallo, ich habe heute ein Update gemacht und anschließend den Server neu gestartet. Jetzt wird die grommunio-cui nicht mehr angezeigt bzw. stützt ständig ab.

hab grad mal geschaut. Bei meinem Test-System auch so :-/.

Konnte es beheben. Anleitung folgt sobald ich zu komme.

Fehlt da etwa der locale kram?
Und ich habe mal die Datei /usr/lib/systemd/system/grommunio-cui@.service angepasst.

# /etc/systemd/system/grommunio-cui@tty1.service.d/override.conf

Ich glaube das wäre alles wenn ich nichts vergessen habe :P

Wurde wohl behoben wie es scheint.

I post there instead of antother thread as i'm facing what looks to be the same issue, but sadly your steps did not fixed it

My cui service dont want to start after an update:

I tested it and can't find a problem here in my test-systems.
Maybe try the following...

zypper ref; zypper remove -y grommunio-cui ; zypper install -y grommunio-cui; systemctl restart grommunio-cui@tty1.service

First of all, what's your current Version? rpm -qi grommunio-cui.
My test-systems are currently offline because of some work we do internally so i can't look right now.

Some times ago i had to issue this command to fix a similar problem: can it be related?
ln -s /usr/libexec/grommunio-cui/ /usr/libexec/grommunio-cui/cui

well, that would break things i imagine.

Again
zypper remove grommunio-cui; rm -Rf /usr/libexec/grommunio-cui; zypper install -y grommunio-cui; systemctl restart grommunio-cui@tty1.service

crpb Yes, i imagined that too but sadly it does not fix.
I could finally get a screenshot of the error: as i was really fast to appear and disappear i recorded the screen:

Looks like the error comes from module "configobj"

Not really.. You could inspect /var/log/zypp/history. Maybe you will see when the package was removed.
Grommunio is my only OpenSUSE-Linux i use. Everything else is Debian so i'm often guessing what's what in there 😆

I have the same issue, everything works fine just the gui is crashing all the time. Webservices etc. is all good.. 🙂

zypper in python3-configobj fixed it 🙂
