SMTPUTF8 - how to configure for gromox delivery?

I am receiving messages which seem to require SMPTUTF8, which is not available on gromox delivery:

Nov 1 15:34:21 grommunio postfix/smtp[1060935]: 555C04DD41AF: to=<foo@bar>, orig_to=<fob@bar>, relay=::1[::1]:24, delay=0.56, delays=0.55/0.01/0/0, dsn=5.6.7, status=bounced (SMTPUTF8 is required, but was not offered by host ::1[::1])

I checked the documentation für gromox delivery, but SMTPUTF8 doesn't seem to be on the menu. How can I enable this?

I would avoid those "UMLAUT"? Addresses if possible.

Yeah, that's why I asked. If gromox-delivery doesn't support SMTPUTF8, then I will have to disable support for it throughout my SMTP chain and there are some more MTAs involved. Aaand… avoiding those addresses, when they send e-mail to you… it's rather hard to do, isn't it? E.g. I was registering for Mastadon and the verification message came from such an address.
