when u use meeting request instead of appointment you see all your busy free time of all your stuff invited
(ressources not checkd)
if im gettin your screenshot right your test user is greyed same here
and he blue line is showin you that there is busy time
when i scroll in the past then there is for all attendees the right colored block of busy out of office whatever,
seems like a feature (GDPR like) but not a very usefull one .... gonna dive deeper into it, maybe the tech guys here find it interesting enough to fix it.
