Outlook cannot logging in Grommunio server

Hi everybody,
I installed new demo Grommunio server for our new customer during weekend and ....
Server is based on Debian12, Admin and Web GUI works, I created two users, some shared calendars and contacts, everything seems good. When I set email account for outlook, autodiscover works and account is created and saved. When I started Outlook (tested with 365 and 2016) it tries to load profile, after 1/2 minute logo disappears and after next cca 15sec error message appers: Microsoft Outlook cannot start. Outlook window cannot be opened. ... Error when logging in Microsoft Exchange.
When I look at /var/log/nginx/ all log files: nginx [error, ews, mapi,oab,rpc,sync]-[access,error].log are empty.
All services runs, at journal I did not find any error. Firewall on/off did not help too.

Does somebody know where can be mistake? Thank you for any advice.

i guess autodiscovery on the client (not only during the initial setup of the account but also on opening outlook it makes a difference what is configured)

Hi crpb,
thank you for the tip. At the end I reinstall grommunio from the scratch and it works now. I do not know where was the problem (my tip is nginx), but now everything works properly.
Please set the flag as a solved. Thank you.

This do not help anyone. We need to debug the problem and find the solution.

Good afternoon WalterH,
I know that my last answer was not helpful. Therefore I asked for some advice, because I was out of ideas, how to find the problem when all grommunio nginx logs are empty.
Our customer was anxious to test new server, so I need to solve the problem asap.
