Now I see this issue in Calendar and Sent Items (Gesendete Elemente).
I deled the .OST file and Sent Items contains only 3 mails, the 4. mail was created with G-Web and this mail and all older mails are not synced into my caching mailbox.
Outlook sync problems (a lot of them)
I am seeing the same issue also at this point I can not even use the web mail interface.
I have multiple computers with outlook same account all set to offline cache and if I only use them the sync works fine.
I can view the emails on the web and see all emails in the folders I changed via outlook.
Were things break is the moment I make any changes even deleting an email the sync messages start flowing.
Where I first noticed it is in sent items I had did on the web were not in my outlook.
Another thing that happens is once the sync error occurs even is you delete the account or clear the cache for the offline folder outlook will not sync any of the mail into the folder only new items even if they are all on the server.
It seems like all the folders except the inbox seen to sync.
I've noticed another pattern, perhaps not correlated to the webapp/offline sync issue.
Most of the outlook offline cache sync problems I encounter are on accounts that open more than one mailbox (user mailbox + another user mailbox), or that are opened by multiple outlook clients.
Most of the sync problems happen when a user moves emails between folders.
Hope this helps the team to find the trigger the issue more easily.

WalterH Walter in what way does the gromox 2.41.7 fix for this sync issue not work as expected. Don't want to apply it and open more problems
EDIT: It appears that this 'fix' was published before I updated my Appliance instances yesterday and I already have it installed and it certainly has not fixed the sync issues I am experiencing.
Yes, it works. Thanks
This was an issue with imported items from Kopano.
The main issue was some MAPI properties without content that Outlook would not accept in cached mode.
